HAPPENING TUESDAY: Governor to announce federal partnership

ALBUQUERQUE – Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham will announce a new partnership on Tuesday, Sept. 2, to establish the Quantum Frontier Project, positioning New Mexico at the forefront of quantum research and technology development.
