HAPPENING MONDAY: Governor to announce New Mexico's methane rules outperform Texas

SANTA FE – Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham will join environmental and energy leaders on Monday to announce new satellite data showing New Mexico's methane rules have cut oil and gas facility emissions by half compared to neighboring Texas, generating significant economic and environmental benefits.
